  MSFAA’s FA 101 training opportunities provide a strong foundation in financial aid by blending NASFAA credential coursework with professional development topics such as customer service, time management, and communication skills. Whether you are new to the field or looking to expand your expertise, FA 101 equips you with the knowledge and tools to better serve students and succeed in your role.

  What’s Included:

  • NASFAA Application Processing credential training and the opportunity to sit for the exam
  • Professional development sessions with guest speakers
  • Networking with financial aid professionals across Michigan
  • Lunch provided

  MSFAA State Financial Aid Training Workshop

  This will be a wonderful opportunity for those who work with any of the State of Michigan programs; both new and seasoned professionals will benefit from this day of training and information sharing.  There will be many representatives from the state coming to provide updates, answer questions, provide training on MiSSG, and offer opportunities for one-on-one assistance. There will also be time for networking and sharing.
