This option is intended for non-financial aid professionals who want to learn more about financial aid topics and trends. MSFAA membership is not required to attend. You may choose to become an affiliate member for $30 by selecting the 2024 Membership Registration option for Affiliate members later on this registration form.

Sunday 12:30-3:30 NASFAA Credentials: Consumer Information.

After the training, participants will receive an access code to earn the credential through NASFAA. This is a great opportunity to earn one credential for an excellent price (currently it costs $99 to test for one NASFAA credential).

All training materials will be sent to the participant in advance of the session. Lunch will NOT be provided.

We will once again offer our Bursars/Registrar/Admission track on Monday, May 20th. Topics such as: 2425 FAFSA Changes, SAP/R2T4/CPOS Regulations, Gainful Employment. A lot of great topics that impact Financial Aid and our Bursar/Registrar friends on campus. Please be sure to pass this opportunity along to those colleagues so they can register for the conference as well.
Room reservations for the Amway Grand Plaza available at regular price pending availability.
Room reservations for the Hyatt Place Grand Rapids available at regular price pending availability. This hotel is a block away from the conference location.
Registration fee refund requests must be submitted to the Treasurer in writing at least 15 calendar days prior to the start of the activity for a 50% refund. Exceptions for extenuating circumstances may be granted upon approval of the Finance Committee.
Fostering Futures Silent Auction: For the past years, MSFAA has sponsored the Fostering Futures Scholarship program where we have raised nearly $50,000 to make foster youth dreams come true. This State of Michigan scholarship program provides financial assistance for tuition and fees, books and supplies, & room and board to foster care students. Many of these recipients are first generation college students who could not achieve their dream of a higher education without our generosity and support. During this new year, let’s continue to make “Dreams Come True” by donating items to the Fostering Futures Silent Auction. Don't forget your baskets!
